Terms of Service

Upon agreement, client will pay half price to the artist.
After the commission is complete, the other half has to be made before receiving the files.

✦ Booking A Commission ✦
Once you have decided on the commission type you want, you will need to direct message me on my instagram.
I will let you know the approximate dates range in which I can start your commission, depending the waitlist.
When the date approaches, I will message you beforehand and ask you to make the first half payment.
You do not need to pay me until I ask you to pay.
I will not start the commission until I received your first payment.

I, as an artist...
Have a right to post your commission artwork on any platforms, while giving credit to the commissioner
Have a right to use the commission artwork for advertisement on the service
Have a right to decline any commission without having to provide a reason
You, as a client...
May use as giveaways or gifts
The artwork MAY be used for any commercial purposes once paid on the agreed Commercial-used price
May edit the artwork anyway you want
May request specific file types for the commission
Non-commercial price is currently not available at the time.
✦ Adjustment request ✦
During the sketch to rendering phase, you have 2 free adjustment requests available.
After the rendering is complete, one minor adjustment may be requested for free—this must be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
Any additional adjustments will require a fee of $10–15, depending on the complexity and amount of work involved.
